WOOD GROUP Business Development for HP Pump Sales
Develops, negotiates, and implements relationships with current and potential customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
      • Implement strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market Company’s products and services.
      • Focuses on strengthening our brand and product awareness with new customers
      • Build new relationships with potential customers
      • Creates customer awareness of new technology and products via sales presentations and customer interaction.
      • Develops business with C level customers
      • Estimates demand for proposed projects based on market research and customer trends.
      • Assists the Area Manager with market studies and customer focused marketing efforts
      • Provides input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
      • Research competitor sales and marketing efforts and help develop counter strategies
      • Develop quotations for products and services as required by the target customers
      • Record customer interactions on CRM system


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED:
      • University Degree
      • English Proficiency Level 6 required.
      • Prior experience with pumping technology preferred


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
      • Bilingual (Thai and English), ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
      • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
      • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

1 x Financial Controller (Thai National)
      The Finance Controller is responsible for the formulation of financial strategies and the coordination of plans, budgets and initiatives so that Group business objectives are met, and to lead the development of Corporate Governance policies and compliance. Qualifications & Experience Must hold recognised Accountancy Qualification from one of the major internationally recognized professional institutions Must have a minimum 10 years post qualification experience in senior financial management role, of which at least the last 5 years must be in a similar role Technically very strong with credentials in: Investment and Treasury Management Financial/Operational Risk Assessment and Management Leader of Best Practices in Financial Management Leader of Best Practices in Strategic Thinking and Performance Management Excellent Interpersonal Skills when interfacing with other members of Senior Management; Government Officials and Financial/Lending Institutions Good command of the English Language with oral and written communication skills
